We are fully compliant to all privacy laws including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We do not collect or store any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) of Canadians. Client data and information related to criminal or civil investigations is securely stored in a privacy data bank in accordance with Canadian Privacy Laws and best practices.
